All full-time employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days of employment.
Health Insurance - with a carrier selected by Cottonwood. Cottonwood pays 90% of the premium for each employee, with the cost to the employee being 10% of the total premium monthly. If an employee wishes to enroll their spouse, children or family, they may do so. Cottonwood will pay 50% with the remaining costs of such enrollment being the responsibility of the employee.
Retirement Plan - Cottonwood participates in a Simple IRA plan. Each month, Cottonwood contributes 2% of the employee's wages, and the employee's may elect to also make additional monthly contributions to their IRA.
Dental/Optical/Chiropractic - Cottonwood also has a "dental/optical/chiropractic" plan and a "dental" only plan discount available to all employees. These are optional plans and all premiums are strictly the responsibility of the employee.
Term Life Insurance - Cottonwood offers a $10,000 Term Life Insurance Policy for each employee during the duration of employment at no cost to the employee.
Vacation * Sick Leave Benefits - Employees of Cottonwood begin accruing after the first 90 days of employment and time accrued is available for use after six months.
