Direct Support Counselors

- Work with Developmentally Disabled Adults in their homes and in the community.  Client's homes and apartments are in the Englewood and Littleton area.  Openings for full-time and part-time employment.  2 1/2 day and 24 hours shifts; days, evenings and weekends also available.

Community Integration Counselors

- Openings for full-time and part-time employment.  The day program base site is open Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm.  Flexible hours are also available with clients in one-on-one basis.

Independent Contractors

Host Homes

The operator of a "Host Home" is an Independent Contractor.  Each Host Home Provider owns and operates their own business but has the benefit of a full administrative and support staff through the agency.  Since women or men, couples and families are all accepted as a Host Home Provider. 

Special needs clients are placed into homes where providers assist them in learning and practicing skills needed in everyday life.  Host Homes and clients are carefully matched to help guarantee successful, long term placements.  Many Cottonwood clients have been with their host home provider for over 10 years.  the host homes and clients are closely monitored and supported by Cottonwood's staff that are available 24/7 to help handle any emergencies or difficult situations.
